Before you start

Make sure you have at least:

  • the employee's basic identity information
  • contact information
  • employment status
  • main skills or qualifications
  • any important scheduling constraints

Steps

  1. Open the employee management area.
  2. Create a new employee profile.
  3. Enter the employee's basic information.
  4. Add the main contact details.
  5. Set the operational status correctly.
  6. Add the relevant skills and qualifications.
  7. Save the profile.

What to review after creation

After creating the employee, review:

  • skill accuracy
  • availability setup
  • employment status
  • client compatibility rules if applicable

Troubleshooting

The employee does not appear in scheduling

Check whether:

  • the employee is active
  • availability exists
  • required skills are assigned
  • filtering is hiding the employee

Matching results are weak

Review the employee profile and make sure skills and constraints reflect reality.
