Skills are one of the most important inputs for reliable scheduling. If skills are incomplete or outdated, assignment quality drops quickly.

When to review skills

You should review skills when:

  • a new employee is created
  • an employee gains a new qualification
  • an employee should no longer be assigned to certain work
  • scheduling quality seems inconsistent

  1. Open the employee profile.
  2. Review the currently assigned skills.
  3. Add missing skills.
  4. Remove outdated or incorrect skills.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Repeat for other employees as needed.
