  • Limits and available features depend on your plan and tenant configuration.
  • User limits are plan-based (for example Freemium, Pro, Enterprise) and may be enforced when creating users.
  • Billing status can also affect platform access depending on your tenant state.

  • expected growth in active users

Steps​

  2. Check current plan, status, and usage.
  3. Identify whether your user limit is close to capacity.
  4. Compare available plan options.
  5. Upgrade the subscription if needed.
  6. Confirm that new limits are applied.

  • Upgrade before limits are reached, not after.
