QuickBooks sync overview

Overview

QuickBooks integration can synchronize selected employee and customer data between Rostermind and QuickBooks.

Before you start

Confirm:

  • integration access is available in your plan
  • responsible admin user is identified
  • your organization approved the sync process

Plan and configuration notes

  • QuickBooks access depends on plan and tenant configuration.
  • In supported environments, OAuth connection is required before synchronization.
  • Advanced mapping or workflow options may depend on your internal setup.

Steps

  1. Open integrations settings.
  2. Select QuickBooks and start the connection flow.
  3. Complete OAuth authorization with the QuickBooks account.
  4. Run synchronization for employees and/or customers (depending on your available actions).
  5. Review synchronized records in Rostermind and QuickBooks.

Tips

  • Start with a controlled first synchronization.
  • Validate a sample of synchronized employees and customers.
  • Keep finance and operations owners aligned before repeating sync operations.
